What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a straightforward technique, with profound results. An individual performing the work simply focuses on breathing in the 2-stage rhythm; some how, some way, remarkable things happen. Emotions start to surface, trauma begins to heal, and often a feeling of empowerment emerges. The work mitigates the social walls put up in conventional talk therapy, because theres little to no talking with anyone other than a healer or yourself.

By tapping into the core of our psyche, one sees clearly what’s there, without convoluting it by the stigma that’s been projected onto their emotional state. I encourage you to see for yourself because I believe that the work speaks for itself and the rhetoric doesn’t serve justice to this practice.
